AIDS Action staff were among approximately 100 lawyers, service providers and national advocacy organizations that attended “HIV/AIDS Law and Practice: ‘From Nuts and Bolts' to ‘Cutting Edge'”
AIDS Action is partnering this year with the National Association of People with AIDS (NAPWA) and the National Minority AIDS Council (NMAC) in sponsoring and convening AIDSWatch 2002. AIDSWatch is the largest annual constituent-based federal HIV/AIDS advocacy and education event in the nation, bringing hundreds of people living with HIV/AIDS and their families, health care providers, care givers and AIDS advocates to support.
