This year, in a process called reauthorization, Congress and the President are reviewing the Ryan White CARE Act law. During this process, they’ll decide if the CARE Act should continue and, if it does continue, whether to make any changes to it.

AIDS Action is strongly advocating for the continuation of the Ryan White CARE Act and is proposing that certain programs be strengthened. You can find our joint-positions on the Care Act’s reauthorization here.
